Crafty Creations "TEXTURES" challenge

My DH is getting this card today! Happy Birthday Ron...I love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The challenge was to use 3 different textures on your card. I heat embossed, flocked, sanded, dry embossed and used 2 different types of textured paper. Make sure to stop over at CCC and check out all the great work!

Yes...I flubbed up the stamped/embossed sentiment:( Didn't have time to re-do it:( DH loves it just the same.

Project Tuesday 1/12/10 One Sheet Box Challenge

What a great project to do!!! I think this type of a box would be great for adding lottery tickets to for a B-day gift or a just whatever gift. I know that I will be making more of these!

Our Creative Corner 3-D challenge 1-9-10

I was excited to see this challenge...because I have clothespins that I have been wanting to get altered and just haven't. I used the From My Kitchen cricut cart for the cupcake and the wording. I also used my BIA (bind-it-all) to make the recipe book.

Our Creative Corner 1/7/10 challenge

It has been such a long time since I have used flower soft. I used it for the flowers in the vase. I love this stuff!!! I colored the water with a water color pencil and then used glossy accents on it to make it appear wet.

CRAFTY CREATIONS CHALLENGE

The challenge at CCC was to use black, white and a touch of color. I heat embossed the chickadee and the sentiment, and then colored the flowers and leaves with watercolor pencils. I used a punch at the bottom of the card...it's sorta hard to tell with the pic. (Sorry, I take horrible pics).
